- Manage daily store operations and maintain proper inventory control
- Receive, inspect, and issue materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue records, and stock reports
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, engineers, supervisors, and technicians
- Arrange materials required for maintenance and FM operations
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of store items
- Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory audits
- Track tools, equipment, and assets issued to employees
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in the Facilities Management industry
- Knowledge of MEP materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables
- Experience with inventory management systems/ERP software preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage stock accurately and work under pressure

Job Description
- Looking for an experienced Storekeeper with Facilities Management (FM) industry background to manage inventory, materials, tools, and spare parts.
