- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic admin principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Proficiency in managing and analysing data

Job Purpose

In this role, you will:
- Respond to and resolve crew queries via emails, calls, and walk ins by providing accurate information, updating systems, escalating issues when required, and ensuring a professional and timely service experience.
- Track and maintain accurate records of applications, document expiries, and renewals.
- Coordinate with crew and internal departments on documentation processes, eligibility, and submission guidelines while ensuring compliance with data protection and company policies.
- Manage tasks by updating trackers, handling confidential reports, monitoring payment discrepancies, and overseeing the distribution and return of Cabin Crew corporate devices with proper accountability.
- Prepare detailed reports, highlight findings, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, governance, compliance, and overall crew service processes.
Qualification
- 12 years schooling or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic admin principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Proficiency in managing and analysing data.
