Responsibilities
- Manage day to day administrative tasks including document filing, data entry, and correspondence across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and office logistics for senior leadership and visiting partners
- Support procurement documentation, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking to ensure timely processing and compliance
- Maintain compliance with UAE business regulations, including trade licensing, customs documentation, and record keeping audits
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence for internal operations and client communications
- Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure smooth flow of administrative support across logistics, finance, and sales teams
Requirements
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Document Management Systems experience
- UAE Trade License Compliance knowledge
- Procurement Support Tools familiarity
- Business Correspondence skills
- Calendar & Travel Management experience
- ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
- Arabic Language Proficiency preferred
- Customs Documentation Experience preferred
