Role Overview
Administrative Assistant role supporting application, product support, sales support, and inventory oversight.
The position is associated with the medical devices industry in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product training, demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions.
- Assist with product presentations, technical documentation, and customer communications.
- Support sales and commercial activities, including presentations and marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and consignment stock at hospitals.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding movement of instrument sets.
- Prepare presentations, brochures, reports, and other business materials.
- Maintain and analyze operational data, inventory records, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Valid UAE driving license.
