Role Overview
BAYAN MEDICAL COMPANY is hiring a Technical Administrative Assistant in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports application, product, sales, inventory, and related commercial activities in the medical devices industry.
Requirements
- Candidates must have 4–5+ years of relevant experience.
- Healthcare industry experience, relevant technical experience, and a related educational background are required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Good organizational, communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- Candidates must hold a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product training, demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions.
- Assist with product presentations, technical documentation, and customer communications.
- Support sales and commercial activities, including presentations and marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and consignment stock at hospitals.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on the movement of instrument sets.
- Prepare presentations, brochures, reports, and other business materials.
- Maintain and analyze operational data, inventory records, and reports using Microsoft Excel.
