Job Purpose
To ensure the provision of quality and cost-effective administrative services for Nesma Electric in support of the broader Human Resources function.
Positions under direct supervision:
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibilities:
- Coordinate the issuance and renewal of visas and work permits, iqamas, passports, sponsorships, vehicle documentation and other requirements at the Labor Office and relevant government entities
- Prepare the necessary documents to complete affairs at Chambers of Commerce and other entities related to identification, requests for government services, obtaining appropriate licenses and proper clearance for projects, etc.
- Ensure the timely receipt and payment of all phone and electricity bills
- Coordinate mail collection and distribution, and other support services including telephone operating and reception desk
- Review Saudization status and ensure government requirements are met and exceeded
- Oversee employee medical insurance
- Provide logistic support and maintenance for vehicles and equipment
- Ensure that employee records are up-to-date and filed electronically in an organized manner for easy retrieval
- Manage hotel and flight reservations according to employee entitlement (business trip, annual leave, etc.)
- Oversee time and attendance reports in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications And Experience
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
- 5-10 years’ work experience
- Fluent Arabic and English, oral and written
