Admin & Receptionist
MASCORP HOLDING seeks an Admin & Receptionist with UAE real estate experience to manage the reception desk, coordinate appointments, and provide administrative support. Must have strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage the reception desk, answer incoming calls, and respond to emails and inquiries
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules
- Prepare, organize, and maintain real estate documents and office records
- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams
- Handle Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) documentation and ensure accuracy of transaction paperwork
- Process and coordinate A2A (Agent-to-Agent) forms and transactions
- Manage developer registration for agents and maintain registration records across various UAE developers
- Coordinate with developers, clients, brokers, and government entities as required
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate property and client databases
- Ensure the reception area and office are well-organized and professionally maintained
- Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrator in a UAE Real Estate company
