Job Summary
MASCORP HOLDING is seeking a motivated and target-driven Listing Agent.
The role requires at least six months of experience in the UAE real estate market.
The successful candidate will build property-owner relationships and grow within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new property listings for sale and rent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords.
- Conduct property inspections and collect accurate property details.
- Negotiate listing agreements and terms with property owners.
- Coordinate with marketing and listing teams to advertise properties effectively.
- Ensure property information, pricing, availability, and photos are accurate and up to date.
- Work with sales and leasing teams to maximize property exposure and generate opportunities.
- Achieve monthly listing targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor UAE real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential property owners.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience in the UAE real estate industry is required.
