Role Overview
The employer is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive for its construction and contracting team.
The role focuses on identifying construction opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing contracts across the UAE.
The candidate should understand the UAE construction market and have an established industry network.
Business Development and Project Acquisition
- Identify and develop new construction and contracting business opportunities.
- Search for construction, renovation, fit-out, maintenance, and civil works projects.
- Generate leads through research, networking, referrals, cold calling, client visits, online platforms, and industry contacts.
- Monitor projects, tenders, RFQs, and procurement opportunities across the UAE.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and clients.
Client and Relationship Management
- Build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and property owners.
- Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and business development meetings.
- Understand client requirements and match them with company services.
