Job Summary
Manage day-to-day administrative operations and support HR activities for a childcare and sitter services environment.
Help maintain smooth, efficient, and compliant organizational operations.
Administration
- Manage daily office and administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee, sitter, client, and company records.
- Prepare letters, reports, forms, schedules, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate sitter schedules, attendance, availability, assignments, and client bookings.
- Handle calls, emails, inquiries, correspondence, and client service requirements.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and monitor office supplies.
- Assist management with reports, documentation, and daily operational requirements.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Human Resources
- Recruit and onboard sitters and administrative staff.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and staff schedules.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, certificates, and HR-related documents.
- Assist payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave information.
