Role Overview
Sitters Child Care Services is seeking a caring, responsible, and experienced Childcare Provider.
The role provides safe, supportive, and nurturing care for children and supports families across the UAE.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and safe care for children and supervise their safety and well-being.
- Assist with meals, hygiene, dressing, and other daily routines.
- Organize age-appropriate educational, recreational, and creative activities.
- Support children’s emotional and social development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized childcare environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents or guardians about daily activities and needs.
- Follow childcare, health, and safety procedures.
- Perform other childcare-related duties as required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of caregiver or babysitting experience is required.
- Nursing Assistant or caregiver certification is required.
- Good communication skills in English are required.
- Previous childcare, nanny, nursery, or similar experience is preferred.
- Relevant childcare, early childhood education, or First Aid certification is advantageous.
- High school or equivalent education is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Daily childcare routines are completed consistently and responsibly.
