Role Overview
The Admin and HR Officer manages day-to-day administrative operations and supports HR activities within a childcare and sitters service environment.
The role supports efficient, professional, accountable, and compliant company operations.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and maintain confidential employee, sitter, client, and company records.
- Prepare letters, reports, forms, schedules, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate sitter schedules, attendance, availability, assignments, bookings, and service requirements.
- Handle calls, emails, inquiries, correspondence, filing systems, office supplies, and management reports.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for sitters and administrative staff.
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, documentation, joining formalities, and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and staff schedules.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, certificates, and other HR documents.
- Assist with payroll preparation using attendance and leave information.
- Coordinate training, orientation, and performance evaluations.
