Role Overview

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Prepare job advertisements, coordinate interviews, conduct candidate screening, complete reference checks, and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition initiatives, and talent pipeline development.

Employee Relations

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
• Support employees and managers with HR policies, procedures, workplace concerns, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.

HR Operations and Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, employee files, and confidentiality of employee information.
• Manage onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and employee-related correspondence.

Performance and Compliance

• Support performance appraisals, employee development, probation monitoring, performance improvement plans, recognition, and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Support HR audits, reporting requirements, and updates to HR policies and procedures.

Engagement and Reporting

• Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs and support internal engagement campaigns.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics covering turnover, attendance, leave balances, recruitment statistics, and HR KPIs.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to management.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and Microsoft Office skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, CHRP, or equivalent.
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.
• Experience with HRIS and HR management systems.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Workplace and Compensation

• Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Pay starts from AED 2,974.47 per month.
