About the Role

Employment and Compensation

• The posting lists full-time, permanent, and contract job types.
• Pay starts from AED 4,000 per month.

Recruitment and Employee Relations

• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through onboarding.
• Prepare job advertisements, coordinate interviews, conduct screening and reference checks, and maintain recruitment records.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, investigations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and maintain talent pipelines.

HR Operations and Performance

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, confidentiality, and compliant employee files.
• Manage onboarding, probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and employee correspondence.
• Support appraisals, development initiatives, probation monitoring, and performance improvement plans.

Compliance and Engagement

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, audits, and employment regulations.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures.
• Organize engagement activities and recognition programs supporting satisfaction and retention.
• Support employee communications and internal engagement campaigns.

HR Reporting

• Prepare HR reports and workforce metrics.
• Track turnover, attendance, leave balances, recruitment statistics, and HR KPIs.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to management.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE.
• Strong UAE Labour Law and HR best-practice knowledge.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Excellent English communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong organization, time management, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, CHRP, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in childcare, healthcare, hospitality, or service industries is preferred.
• HRIS or HR management system experience is preferred.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous.
