- Maintain petty cash records and expense reports

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and filing systems
- Maintain employee records, leave records, and HR documentation
- Assist with visa, labour, Emirates ID, and insurance related processes
- Prepare official letters, reports, and company documents
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and government authorities
- Manage office supplies and general administrative activities
- Support management with daily operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Administration and Accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with accounting software
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Female Admin Cum Accounts Assistant to support the day to day accounting and administrative operations of the company.
- The ideal candidate should have UAE experience and be capable of handling financial records, office administration, and employee documentation efficiently.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
