- Prepare reports, schedules, and other administrative documents as required

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration when needed
- Manage office resources and ensure efficient day to day operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in office management, administration, or a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi, Urdu is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

Job Summary
