About the Role

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting and finance operations across the Company's three branches
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost control activities
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger functions
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and government authorities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and profitability
- Monitor and improve financial processes and reporting systems
- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to ensure high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience within the UAE
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Experience in the transport, logistics, construction, or building materials industry will be a strong advantage
- Thorough knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

Position Summary
- The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete finance and accounting functions of the Company across all branches.
- The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, effective financial planning, and strong internal controls while providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Pay
- AED6,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
