- Assign daily trips to drivers and monitor trip progress
- Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with customers and suppliers
- Manage loading slots to minimize waiting time and maximize vehicle utilization
- Track vehicle locations and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain constant communication with drivers regarding trip status and route updates
- Collect and verify trip sheets, delivery notes, invoices, and other transport documents
- Coordinate with Operations Manager regarding fleet availability and daily planning
- Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or delays immediately
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel, and vehicle utilization
- Ensure all transport operations comply with company policies and customer requirements
- Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or fleet dispatching
- Experience in building materials transportation is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vehicles simultaneously
- Knowledge of UAE roads and transport operations is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate the daily movement of our fleet transporting building materials across the UAE.
- The Dispatcher will be responsible for assigning trips, communicating with drivers and customers, managing loading schedules, tracking vehicle movements, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Salary
- AED 2,000.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
