Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the accounting and finance operations of all three company branches.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Develop and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and reporting procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience within the UAE
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership position
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- UAE Driving License (Required)
- Experience in transport, logistics, construction, or building materials sector is an advantage

Job Description

- Noor Al Yamama Transport LLC is a well established building materials transport company operating through multiple branches across the UAE.
- We are seeking a highly competent and results driven CA Qualified Accounts Manager to lead and oversee the Company's finance and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the accounting and finance operations of all three company branches.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other statutory requirements.
