About the Role
AccorHotel is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee month-end close, process journal entries, reconcile balance sheets, and ensure compliance with accounting policies. The role requires strong financial acumen and supervisory experience in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for month end close activities
- Update and complete SOP process documents
- Process all relevant transactions in the general ledger with special note on overdue items
- Process all journal entries into relevant ledgers and submit to General Accounting Supervisor for review
- Ensure integrity of the balance sheet by preparing general ledger balance sheet reconciliations
- Investigate and report on financial discrepancies and overdue items
- Complete and submit all relevant statutory and regulatory returns
- Execute escalation process to support effective service delivery
- Assist in preparation of KPI reports
- Ensure controls are adhered to and executed
Requirements
- Experience in accounts payable and general ledger accounting
- Knowledge of month end close processes
- Proficiency in balance sheet reconciliations
- Familiarity with accounting policies and compliance
- Supervisory experience preferred

Overview
- Under the leadership of the Financial Controller, complete activities in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Responsibility for month end close activities.

- Follow up and ensure that audit requests are submitted.
- Focus on recording, completeness and measurement of all transactions.
- Ensure controls are adhered to and executed.
- Drive adherence to safety.
Requirements
- Any other tasks as and when required.
- Demonstrate behaviour in line with health, safety and environmental standards.
- Participate in relevant safety audits, inspections and observations.
- Demonstrate behaviour in line with the Group's values and professional workplace.
- Participate as an effective team member.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and Accor group policies.
