Job Purpose
- Perform and coordinate accounts payable functions while supervising a small team.
- Prepare financial reports, perform account reconciliations, conduct variance analyses.
- Maintain supplier and general ledgers, assist with audit preparation.
Job Description
- Prepare complex analyses and reports for Accounts Payable.
- Monitor movements within assigned Chart of Accounts.
- Supervise preparation of variance analyses.
- Maintain up to date GRNI records.
- Ensure assigned COAs are fully reconciled.
- Oversee timely preparation of account reconciliations.
- Maintain financial databases and ensure proper documentation.
- Interpret financial data by analyzing trends, variances, risks.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial information.
- Prepare general ledger journal entries and reconciliations.
- Maintain trackers for timely payment processing.
- Resolve moderately complex accounts payable issues.
