Accounts Manager

Organizational Accountabilities

• Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records and reports
• Maintaining compliance with IFRS, ZATCA, VAT, and Saudi financial regulations
• Strengthening internal controls and financial governance frameworks
• Supporting financial transparency and audit readiness
• Aligning accounting practices across the organization
• Contributing to financial stability and operational efficiency

Financial Reporting & Closing

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Ensure preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to CFO and executive management

General Ledger & Accounting Operations

• Manage general ledger activities and ensure proper account reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets accounting
• Ensure accurate classification and recording of financial transactions

Vat & Zatca Compliance

• Ensure compliance with ZATCA VAT regulations and e-invoicing requirements
• Oversee VAT calculations, filings, and reconciliations
• Support ZATCA audits and ensure readiness for inspections

Internal Controls & Governance

• Implement and monitor financial controls and approval processes
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and delegation of authority
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements

Healthcare Financial Coordination

• Support accounting related to revenue cycle, insurance claims, and reimbursements
• Ensure reconciliation between billing systems and financial records
• Coordinate with revenue cycle and operations for financial alignment

Audit & Compliance Support

• Lead preparation for internal and external audits
• Ensure availability of financial documentation and audit trails
• Address audit findings and implement corrective actions

Team Management & Development

• Supervise accounting team and ensure efficient task execution
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management
• Promote knowledge sharing and process consistency

Process Improvement & Systems

• Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and automation
• Support ERP system improvements Oracle
• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity
• Requirements**Education and Certifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• SOCPA / CPA / ACCA / CMA (Preferred)
• IFRS certification (Preferred)
• ZATCA / VAT compliance training (Preferred)**Knowledge and Experience**
• 8–12 years of experience in accounting or finance
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role
• Experience within healthcare sector or regulated environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi accounting standards, and VAT regulations
• Experience in financial reporting, audits, and compliance
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and reimbursement processes
