About the Role
Dallah Health is seeking a CCTV Operator to deliver and retrieve medical records within the hospital campus. The role requires previous experience in a medical records department and a high school diploma.

Responsibilities
- Carry medical records from and to the Medical Records Library, as required by reception/admission, OPD clinics, wards and the secondary storage area
- Distribute daily reports, memos and other Medical Records Department correspondence to the appropriate recipients
- Implement appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital's goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality/Performance Improvement
- Perform any other tasks within his competence as directed by the Medical Records Manager or the Medical Records Supervisor
- Fully aware and actively implement the departmental policies and procedures, local and international standards or requirements related to the department
- Comply with the master cleaning schedule
- Participate in hospital Safety Management & Risk Management Programs; actively report incidents and participate in incident review and root cause analysis
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a medical records department
- High School Graduate
- Speak and read English and Arabic languages

Role Purpose
