We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Accounts cum Data Entry Operator** to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting support, data entry, and handling daily office records with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter daily sales, purchases, expenses, and financial records into the system
- Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and filing records
- Assist with invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash records
- Reconcile statements and support basic accounting tasks
- Prepare reports and update management with required data
- Handle stock, supplier, and customer data entries when required
- Ensure all records are organized, updated, and error-free
- Coordinate with accounts team and other departments as needed
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or data entry
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage records confidentially and professionally
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
