The Company
Almarai is a vertically integrated dairy company and a major food and beverage manufacturing and distribution company in the MENA region.
The company operates across the GCC, Egypt, and Jordan and offers dairy products, beverages, baked goods, poultry, infant formula, dates, seafood, and bottled water.
Reporting Responsibilities
- Prepare executive reports and financial statements for internal reporting.
- Prepare region-wise profit and loss accounts for the sales and marketing division.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for external reporting.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and perform FI/CO reconciliation.
- Perform reporting activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
Candidate Criteria
- Degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience in a commercial organization is required, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Full or partial qualification from a recognized accounting body such as CIMA, ACCA, ICA, or AICPA.
- Experience working in a computerized accounting environment and confidence using an ERP system.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate and work with personnel from varied professional disciplines and nationalities.
