About the role
The Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor supports the Trade Marketing Manager in implementing category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, POSM, and promotions.
The role coordinates with regional sales, merchandising teams, departments, agencies, and local stakeholders to support sales growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and review merchandising planograms and implementation across the sales region.
- Coordinate with departments to incorporate merchandising requirements and achieve merchandising excellence.
- Explore, organize, and review regional, school, corporate, and special activities.
- Coordinate rollout activities with local agencies and support marketing interactions.
- Coordinate store-specific projects with sales and merchandising teams and agree implementation plans.
- Manage and optimize trade marketing investments to maximize ROI and commercial impact.
Requirements
- BA degree in business or marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- At least one year of experience in trade marketing.
- Previous or current work experience within the trade marketing category.
- Familiarity with marketing campaigns and handling SKUs.
- Strong MS Office experience.
- High numeracy and analytical capability, effective influencing and negotiating skills, deadline management, and teamwork.
