About the Role
Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager – Civil Engineering to lead civil projects, supervise site activities, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
The role involves contractor management, technical oversight, project coordination, and resolving multidisciplinary construction challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, work crews, and contractors.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Monitor quality, progress, and team performance.
- Provide technical guidance and support for project teams and contractors.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within standards.
- Conduct site inspections and address construction-related issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree holders should have 4–5 years of experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or engineering role.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of soil, aggregate, cement, and field compaction testing.
- Experience with construction quality control and assurance.
- Experience supervising civil works and managing contractors.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
