- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
- Generate financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis reports
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision making
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Reconcile financial records and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Monitor project costs, expenses, revenues, and profitability
- Maintain and update accounting and ERP databases
- Prepare management reports on cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project performance
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and validate financial and operational data
- Support month end and year end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and system efficiencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and MIS reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and reporting tools)
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills

Overview
- The Accountant – MIS is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining financial and management reports to support business decision making. The role involves data analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, ERP system management, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information
