About the Role
Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate Brokerage is seeking a General Accountant with real estate experience to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, collections, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Monitor and follow up on collections related to property sales, rental income, service charges, and installment payments
- Record and reconcile property sales transactions, leasing income, commissions, deposits, and ownership transfers
- Handle rental and leasing agreements, renewals, terminations, and related accounting entries
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and Qatar regulations
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Utilize accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERP systems
- Coordinate with clients, tenants, and property owners regarding payments, settlements, and outstanding balances
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), collections, and financial reconciliations
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, reporting, and accounting principles
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
- Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent ERP systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID
