Overview

  • Space42 (ADX: SPACE42) is a UAE based AI powered SpaceTech company.
  • Role Summary: Responsible for leading account development and account management with the objective of maximizing revenue from key accounts.
  • Develop and manage partnerships and business relationships. Achieve high sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
  • Contribute in developing Space42's business development strategies and plans.
  • Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts.
  • Manage client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
  • Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to the management.
  • Aware with all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Execute successful sales strategies to achieve the financial targets.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
  • Identify market trends to enhancing existing products/services or creating new products/services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in commercial, marketing or business related fields.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in GIS industry.
  • Excellent project management skills must be able to demonstrate experience of managing multiple projects.
  • Cost Analysis, Cost Control, and Quality of work priority.
  • Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management.
  • Advanced IT skills and AI Expertise.
  • Strong commercial acumen & excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
