Account Manager

Our subsidiary (Adree) is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to develop strategic customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and achieve assigned revenue and gross profit targets.

The role requires strong experience in technology sales, account development, and managing complex opportunities across the Saudi market.

The successful candidate will work closely with pre-sales, delivery, bidding, partnerships, and finance teams to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and collection.

• Build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop new opportunities across government, semi-government, and private-sector accounts.
• Understand customers’ business and technical requirements and position the most suitable Adree solutions and services.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and collection follow-up.
• Achieve assigned revenue, gross profit, and new-business targets.
• Maintain a healthy and well-qualified pipeline with clear closing plans.
• Keep all accounts, opportunities, activities, and forecasts accurately updated in the CRM.
• Coordinate closely with pre-sales teams and provide all required information within agreed timelines.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tenders, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Work with Adree’s technology partners and vendors to develop joint opportunities and competitive offerings.
• Prepare account plans and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Monitor competitors, market developments, and customer priorities.
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Follow up on contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, and collections in coordination with the relevant internal teams.
• Represent Adree professionally in customer meetings, industry events, and business-development activities.
