About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key clients and their intermediaries
- Maximize revenue and retention of profitable clients within the CGS portfolio
- Enhance customer experience by promoting Coface products and increasing cross selling and upselling opportunities
- Contribute to the design and execution of the CGS Marketing Action Plan
- Maintain proactive and regular communication with clients and intermediaries
- Prepare proposals, bids, and price quotations
- Act as the central point of contact for assigned clients and intermediaries
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for proposals and renewals
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Account Management within the Insurance industry
- Strong experience in Credit Insurance is preferred
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Commercial expertise with a focus on profitability and client retention
- Ability to manage complex international client programs
- Solid understanding of the current economic environment and its impact on the market
- Contract management expertise, including renewals and full contract lifecycle

Role Overview
- Coface is seeking a Coface Global Solutions (CGS) Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships within the CGS portfolio.
- This role is responsible for driving client retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability and alignment with Coface's risk and underwriting standards.
Main Responsibilities
