About the Role
Cisco is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of its Customer Experience Services portfolio in Saudi Arabia. The role involves developing service sales strategies, managing a pipeline, and collaborating with channel partners.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies for multiple accounts to maximize growth and customer value.
- Lead the adoption of new services, guide product launches, and implement best practices in partnership with customer stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; accurately forecast opportunities and deliver actionable business reporting.
- Lead and publish service responses for RFPs, bids, and new service opportunities.
- Ensure customer support is delivered in line with Service Level Agreements, aligning internal teams to sustain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in value based sales within the Internet, Communications, or Technology (ICT) sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and projects.
- Proven history of direct and indirect sales to diverse accounts.
- Solid understanding of Saudi public sector procurement processes and buying cycles.
- Strong background in selling services, consulting, and advisory solutions (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and customer management skills.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Self motivated with ability to collaborate in cross functional teams.

Meet the Team
- Drive the sale of Cisco's Customer Experience Services portfolio across a range of accounts in Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with a high performing, cross functional team including technical, marketing, and vertical specialists.
- Work closely with Cisco's channel partners to accelerate growth and deliver customer success.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute targeted service sales strategies for multiple accounts to maximize growth and customer value.

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in value based sales within the ICT sector.
- Demonstrated experience managing O&M contracts and projects.
- Proven history of direct and indirect sales to diverse accounts.
