Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, presentations, and reports to clients
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross selling
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, customer, and operational data
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, accounting health, and revenue growth
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Purpose
- We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Executive Account & Data Analyst to manage key client accounts while leveraging data driven insights to support business growth and strategic decision making.
- This role combines account management responsibilities with data analysis, requiring strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- The successful candidate will build and maintain client relationships, monitor account performance, analyze business data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, presentations, and reports to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross selling.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, customer, and operational data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, accounting health, and revenue growth.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
