- Coordinate booking activities, order management, operational approvals, and execution milestones
- Partner with Sales, Alliances, Delivery, Finance, and other cross functional teams
- Lead operational governance meetings and resolve escalations
- Monitor execution against defined SLAs and track transaction progress
- Maintain operational documentation and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement
Requirements
- Experience in operations management, preferably in partner transactions
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve escalations
- Knowledge of booking activities and order management
