About the Role
Oracle is hiring an A&C Operations Manager to manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of strategic partner transactions in KSA. You will coordinate booking, order management, approvals, and cash collection while partnering with Sales, Alliances, Delivery, and Finance teams.

- Manage the end to end operational lifecycle of strategic partner transactions from deal readiness through invoicing and cash collection
- Coordinate booking activities, order management, operational approvals, and execution milestones
- Partner with Sales, Alliances, Delivery, Finance, and other cross functional teams to ensure timely transaction execution
- Lead operational governance meetings, resolve escalations, and monitor execution against defined SLAs
- Track transaction progress, maintain operational documentation, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence
Requirements
- Experience managing end to end operational lifecycle of partner transactions
- Ability to coordinate with Sales, Alliances, Delivery, Finance and other cross functional teams
- Experience leading operational governance meetings and resolving escalations
