About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM solutions as per business requirements
- Create and maintain custom modules, workflows, blueprints, functions, and Deluge scripts
- Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications and third party tools
- Develop dashboards, reports, and automation to optimize business processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand operational requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain documentation of configurations and workflows
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing Zoho systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with Zoho CRM (Deluge scripting, API integration, and automation)
- Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem (Zoho One, Books, People, Creator, Projects, Campaigns)
- Experience in workflow automation and data management within CRM systems
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month
