- Ensure adherence to 'Fix It Right First Time' processes and quality standards
- Plan and allocate workload effectively across technicians and workshop bays
- Monitor job progress and ensure on time delivery of trucks to customers
- Drive Aftersales revenue through optimal utilization of labour and workshop capacity
- Oversee warranty repair processes and ensure compliance with OEM standards
- Manage tools, equipment, and workshop inventory to ensure operational readiness
- Lead, coach, and develop workshop teams to enhance technical capabilities and performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience within automotive dealerships
- At least 5 years of experience in a workshop management or supervisory role
- Strong experience managing heavy duty truck workshop operations
- Proven track record in driving workshop performance and team productivity
