Overview
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure peak efficiency and productivity, aligning team efforts with strategic goals.
- Manage inventory levels of tools and materials, optimizing procurement processes to reduce waste and costs.
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations and supervise technicians
- Closely coordinate with Project team for fleet deployment
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure timely repair of vehicles and minimize downtime
- Monitor maintenance costs, parts usage
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and control stock levels
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
- Coordinate with spare part buyers for timely procurement of spare parts.
- Maintain accurate record on mandatory renewals ( registration, TPI certificates, CICPA etc…)
