- Ensure maximum equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Lead a multidisciplinary electrical maintenance team
- Perform fault diagnosis and technical support
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
Requirements
- Experience in electrical maintenance for land drilling rigs and associated equipment
- Knowledge of Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) standards
- Leadership and supervisory experience in maintenance teams
- Ability to manage PMS systems and workshop/electrical yard
