Role Overview
The Workshop Coordinator manages end-to-end coordination of vehicle repairs and preparation to support timely delivery, quality control, and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
The role supports showroom operations by overseeing workshop schedules, supplier communications, and vehicle readiness timelines.
Vehicle Coordination and Workshop Management
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and preparation with partner workshops according to quality standards and turnaround targets.
- Arrange vehicle pick-up and drop-off between the showroom and workshops with recovery teams.
- Monitor repair and maintenance timelines and resolve delays or workflow issues.
- Liaise with the sales team regarding last-minute vehicle needs before handover.
Parts Procurement and Process Optimization
- Manage sourcing and timely delivery of vehicle parts with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records using internal tracking systems and software.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workshop processes and reduce lead times.
- Ensure vehicles are prepared efficiently and meet showroom readiness criteria.
