The role drives revenue through customer engagement, vehicle sales, relationship building, and sales target achievement.
Location requirement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Candidates outside Dubai must be willing to relocate.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Engage potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits professionally.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of dealership inventory and promotions.
- Build customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Collaborate on sales strategies to maximize showroom performance.

Compensation
- Monthly pay is £4,200 to £12,800, including basic salary and performance-based commission.
Qualifications and skills
- At least one to two years of automotive sales experience is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach are required.
- Enthusiasm, confidence, and motivation to meet and exceed targets are required.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills are required.
- Automotive market knowledge and passion for cars are preferred.
- Multilingual abilities and CRM experience are advantageous.
