- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workshops simultaneously
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, scheduling platforms)
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, communications, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
