- Own validation of KPIs, metrics, and business rules across dashboards and reports
- Ensure consistency of definitions, calculations, and results across multiple outputs
- Validate alignment between business requirements, data models, and analytical outputs
- Perform functional testing of analytics products across departments and use cases
- Define and enforce enterprise data quality standards and validation frameworks
- Review and approve data quality rules implemented
- Oversee reporting validation performed
- Act as the final quality authority before executive or leadership releases
- Work closely with business stakeholders to clarify expectations and definitions
- Support vendor assurance by validating externally delivered dashboards and datasets
- Manage escalations related to critical data quality issues
- Track data quality KPIs and trends across platforms
Requirements
- 8–10+ years’ experience in data quality, analytics assurance, or data governance roles
- Strong experience validating KPIs, metrics, and analytical outputs
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership facing analytics
- Strong understanding of data models, ETL processes, and analytics pipelines
- Ability to review SQL, transformation logic, and validation frameworks
- Experience overseeing dashboard and reporting quality
- Familiarity with data governance, metadata, and ontology concepts
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Role Summary
- We are seeking a Data Quality Lead to provide functional and strategic oversight of data quality across analytical platforms, dashboards, and reporting outputs.
- This role ensures that KPIs, metrics, and analytical results are consistent, accurate, and aligned across multiple systems and outputs.
- The successful candidate will have 8–10 years’ experience, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work across data engineering, analytics, and policy teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own validation of KPIs, metrics, and business rules across dashboards and reports
