- Lead the enterprise Observability Center, driving end to end visibility, service reliability, and proactive operations across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms
- Implement AIOps, anomaly detection, event correlation, predictive insights, and automated remediation
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, intelligent alerting, service reliability, incident response, root cause analysis, and dependency mapping
- Oversee enterprise scale observability strategy, platform governance, and cross functional engineering teams
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in a leadership role within Observability, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations
- Strong expertise in Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, APM, metrics, logs, traces, synthetic & real user monitoring
- Proven experience implementing AIOps, anomaly detection, event correlation, predictive insights, and automated remediation
- Deep understanding of SLIs, SLOs, intelligent alerting, service reliability, incident response, root cause analysis, and dependency mapping
- Hands on experience with Kubernetes, microservices, APIs, hybrid cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and DevOps practices
- Experience leading enterprise scale observability strategy, platform governance, and cross functional engineering teams
- Relevant certifications in SRE, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), ITIL, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, or DevOps are highly preferred

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Observability to lead the enterprise Observability Center, driving end to end visibility, service reliability, and proactive operations across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have hands on leadership experience with enterprise observability platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk), AIOps, intelligent monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, cloud native environments, and incident management.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in a leadership role within Observability, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations.
- Strong expertise in Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, APM, metrics, logs, traces, synthetic & real user monitoring.
- Proven experience implementing AIOps, anomaly detection, event correlation, predictive insights, and automated remediation.
- Deep understanding of SLIs, SLOs, intelligent alerting, service reliability, incident response, root cause analysis, and dependency mapping.
- Hands on experience with Kubernetes, microservices, APIs, hybrid cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and DevOps practices.

- Relevant certifications in SRE, Kubernetes, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), ITIL, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, or DevOps are highly preferred.
