- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including clear technical documentation and stakeholder engagement
- Candidates should possess quality control and reliability focused skills, ensuring robust standards, testing practices, and continuous improvement in production environments
- Candidates should possess structural and civil engineering related understanding where infrastructure, facilities, or physical systems intersect with digital platforms
- Candidates should possess deep SRE expertise, including incident management, monitoring and observability, capacity planning, and automation using modern tooling
- Candidates should possess strong cloud and infrastructure skills, such as experience with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices
- Candidates should possess proven experience in leading technical teams, setting strategy, and driving large scale reliability or transformation initiatives
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in cloud, DevOps, or SRE practices are beneficial
