Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in project management, engineering or management field
- Minimum 3 5 years professional experience
- Expertise in Health & Safety management, preferably familiar with local WSH regulations
- Ability to work effectively across cultural differences
- Timely decision making, problem solving, negotiating and priority setting
- High level of commitment on work ethics and compliance
- Business acumen
- Good communication skills, verbal and written

Job Description
- Satair is seeking a Workplace, Sustainability and H&S Manager for its Dubai site.
- The role is part of a multinational team driving transformation for a safe, healthy & sustainable workplace.
How you will contribute to the team
- Responsible for all facility and workplace safety related matters for the Dubai site.
- Ensure all legal obligations related to safety, health and sustainability are fulfilled.
- Lead a team of local contractors managing maintenance of buildings, building equipment & security including access control according to Airbus security standards.
- Foster collaboration, communication with a sense of purpose among team members.
Experience, Skills and Mindset
- Diploma/Degree in project management, engineering or management field.
- Min. 3 5 years professional experience.
- Expertise in Health & Safety management, preferably familiar with local WSH regulations.
- Ability to work effectively across a wide variety of cultural differences.
