Role Overview
- We are seeking an analytical and detail oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR department, with a primary focus on Compensation and Benefits (Total Rewards).
- This position offers a hands on opportunity to support spreadsheets, data management and numerical analysis, supporting payroll related data, preparing letters and assisting with other HR administrative tasks.
- You might also contribute to planning and organizing health & safety, wellness and other HR projects.
Requirements
- Currently residing in the UAE
- A final year university student or a recent graduate, preferably majoring in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (data analysis, formulas and spreadsheets).
- Knowledge of App Script is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Analytical thinker, detail oriented, curious and team player.
Duration
- Duration of the internship is set to 6 months.
