About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as Project Leader (PCL) ensuring overall leadership of cross functional initiatives
- Drive multi functional integration by leading the Multi Functional Integrated Product Team (MFT IPT)
- Translate the 10 year Product Evolution Plan (PEP) into concrete operational roadmaps
- Establish and adapt governance of local and international platforms to ensure maximum agility
- Organize Project Change Leaders for all Work Packages, ensuring consolidated vision and control over product impacts
- Act as the Single Voice for the internal Portfolio and strategic external suppliers
- Guide the evolution of the Multi Functional Team in terms of skills and resources
- Define key indicators and steer Maturity Gates with proactive risk prevention
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent
- More than 15 years of experience in product or complex program leadership roles (Aerospace, Advanced Tech, or critical FinTech)
- Demonstrated experience managing hyper growth or high technology density environments
- Ability to influence at the executive level and navigate ambiguity
- Perfectly fluent in English and French

Job Description
- Airbus is looking for an Integrated Product Team Development Manager for the A220 commercial aircraft program based in Mirabel, Quebec.
Your Role
- Act as Project Leader (PCL) ensuring overall leadership of cross functional initiatives.
