Workplace Service Delivery Associate Manager

Role Overview

Integrated Facilities Management

• Plan and manage workplace operations for assigned locations, budgets, service levels, and corporate standards.
• Drive service-partner delivery against agreed scopes through KPI tracking, scorecards, and governance meetings.
• Oversee onsite asset management, engineering, building maintenance, cleaning, office services, mail, logistics, and storage.
• Deploy changes to global policies, operating models, and workplace practices.

Engineering and Budgets

• Monitor service-partner performance and engineering-infrastructure uptime against agreed operational requirements.
• Support repair and maintenance, operating-expense, capital-expense, sustainability, and risk-mitigation initiatives.
• Track facilities budgets with site operations and commercial teams for effective deployment.

Client and Real Estate Governance

• Present delivery metrics and team performance to business leadership stakeholders.
• Track, address, and close facility, engineering, events, travel, and other service escalations.
• Coordinate with landlords on operational matters and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Support real-estate disposition, new-site selection when assigned, and formal handover closure.

Compliance and Audits

• Review third-party vendor statutory compliance requirements and coordinate with contract, legal, human resources, commercial, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in internal, client, third-party statutory, non-statutory, process, and ISO audits.

Team Development

• Right-size direct and extended vendor-partner teams for assigned facilities.
• Ensure mandatory training completion and provide timely performance feedback.
• Support team events and engagement targets.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Visit and manage assigned facilities daily or as needed and support central and managed workplace services.
• Support high-profile client and leadership visits and workplace capability showcases.
• Supervise project transitions and handovers from workplace projects to operations teams.
• Oversee security, EHS, safety controls, crisis management, wellness services, and cafeteria operations.

Workplace Requirements

• The role includes daily onsite facility-management services and regular visits to assigned facilities.
• The Workplace Lead is expected to participate in onsite operational, safety, security, service, and stakeholder activities.
